
About Instructor Nancy Smolinski
“Miss Nancy”, as she is called by her students, is the founder and president of Children’s Piano Institute, LLC. A graduate of Immaculata University. Miss Smolinski boasts 40 + years of teaching experience.
For the first 20 years of her career, she was the assistant director of the community music school at Immaculata University as well as a private teacher at Saints Philip and James School in Exton, PA.
For the last 20 years, Miss Nancy has continued private instruction at Saints Philip and James, and more recently, at St. Norbert School in Paoli, PA. Miss Smolinski teaches all levels of piano, and has had many competition winners over the years. Most of her students begin lessons at age 5 or younger and continue through their senior year in high school.

About Instructor Emma Nusinzon
Mrs. Nusinzon holds a Masters of Music degree in Piano Pedagogy Methodology and Psychology of Music Development. She also brings with her 40 years of successful piano teaching experience.
Her teaching style emphasizes a diverse, exciting and flexible learning environment which inspires students to excel no matter which path they choose to take in music. Mrs. Nusinzon is extremely dedicated to her profession and strives to give every student a lifelong gift of music appreciation as well as musical performance. Playing the piano is a skill that lasts a lifetime. It teaches children to be creative and expressive, giving them years of enjoyment. Piano lessons also build many skills including memorization, sharpened fine motor skills, effective listening, poise and confidence.
